Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Liability Policy Thames Warrior Experience All fishing experiences with Thames Warrior Experience must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Prices are per experience and normally cover up to four anglers unless stated otherwise. All bookings are private and exclusive to your group. All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booking, it may be rescheduled subject to availability. Where rescheduling is not possible, a voucher will be issued for the full value paid. All refunds are provided as vouchers only. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original booking date unless stated otherwise. Failure to attend without notice or late cancellation will be treated as a no-show. Thames Warrior Experience reserves the right to cancel or amend trips due to unsafe weather, river conditions, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, customers will be offered a free reschedule or voucher. Fishing takes place in most weather conditions, including rain and cold, and the guide’s decision on safety is final. Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may reduce fishing time, and failure to arrive may result in the trip being forfeited. Fully booked dates may operate a waitlist, and any available space must be confirmed and paid promptly. A valid Environment Agency rod licence is required for all anglers. Licences can be arranged in advance if requested. Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Life jackets must be worn when instructed. Participants take part at their own risk. Thames Warrior Experience is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings and is not liable for injury unless caused by proven negligence. All participants must follow safety instructions at all times. Unsafe behaviour, alcohol misuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in termination of the experience. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
